Officers and certified technicians will be on-site to assist parents and caregivers with the proper installation and use of child car seats to ensure your children are traveling safely.

Community Workdays

Chris and his family have already started working on cleaning up some leaves at the recreational grounds areas, but this is a task that needs help from the community. See below workdays for various projects. Help is needed with all of them. Please reply which days you can attend so that we know how to split up the work into teams. Thanks!!

March 21, 2026 from 8:30am until 10:30am: Recreational Grounds Clean Up: bring blowers/rakes/gloves/electric cords/weed-eaters/tarps/hedge trimmers, Wet-Dry Vacs, Knives to cut Ivy and You! 

April 4, 2026 from 8:30am until 10:30am: Front Entrance and Playground Clean Up: bring the same items as above plus shovels/pressure washers. 

April 18, 26 from 8:00am until 10:00am: Pool and Tennis Areas Clean Up: Bring all of the above - especially pressure washers.

Pressure Washer Repairs

Can anybody volunteer with small engine diagnose/repair on a pressure washer? Might just need a carb cleaning but no experience in this area. Please reply to this email if so. We are going to need them for the Clean Up days. 

Membership Discount Ending

Just a reminder that the membership discount ends on March 31st this year. Attached to this email are the waiver and the member dues/directory forms. Donations are needed and welcomed.

09/11/2023 Please pick up dog poop from recreational areas, common areas, and your neighbor's yards when they are used. If your kids are walking your pets, please make sure they have a bag with them so they can do the same. Thank you!

4/25/2023  Minutes and Monthly Budget will be posted on this website under the Documents tab.

1/06/2023 Speeding complaints - Please call Gwinnett County at Central Precinct of Gwinnett County Police Dept at 678-442-6500 to make complaints. Request for a COAP.  This means they will increase police presence and look specifically for the complaint involved, especially if a video can be obtained. You can contact the number and give them any further details you have to hopefully resolve the issue.
