5/29/2025 

We are having our Party at noon on Sunday! Weather can be unpredictable. If it rains, we will be open for swim and tennis as soon as it stops raining after 12 pm. We will still have lunch inside the clubhouse at 12 pm. Hopefully it will stop raining by the time we finish eating and letting our stomachs rest a bit. 

If you RSVPed you are coming, we have counted you for the lunch. Only one family has said they were not coming so far. If you have RSVPed and cannot come, please let us know by Saturday 9 am.

Let me know by Saturday 9 AM if anyone else wants to come and how many hamburgers or hot dogs your home will want, so that I can have a rough idea of how much to order without going over. 

If you bring any alcohol to the event, please make sure you are discreet by putting it in a container that is not marked as an alcoholic beverage (per Pool Rules).

Entertainment

We will have a couple of people doing some cover songs. We will have Karaoke set up for everyone, adults and children, to have some fun singing. So, be practicing your favorite songs and get your singing buddies together!

If you want to play your guitar or another instrument or sing some originals, we will have a mic and speakers set up, so come show off your talent. 

Remember this is a family event. Make sure songs are family-friendly. 

High School Graduates

Coffee, beverage, or desert or on us! Take a picture with your diploma showing your face, name, and your diploma from 2025 and show up to the party. We would love to celebrate you with a small gift mentioned for your achievement! You could bring your diploma instead of the picture, but we would not want it to get damaged or lost. Please let us know if you are a graduate and coming!

Hope to see everyone at the party. We have a good crowd attending and hope for more neighbors to come out. 

05/07/2025 The pool is open!!! Let us know how many burgers and/or hot dogs your family will want for the June 1 pool party. Email us at JSCABoard@yahoo.com or reply to the pool event on Facebook with a comment for that information. We are just trying to get a rough estimate so we know how much to buy. Come meet your old and new neighbors!!! All Jefferson Station and Lullwater residents are invited. You do not have to be a member on this day.

03/27/2024 New Email addresses have been formed in order for the community to be able to speak to the different Directors and Officers. Please go to the Home Page and click on the email addresses to start your email to them.

09/11/2023 Please pick up dog poop from recreational areas, common areas, and your neighbor's yards when they are used. If your kids are walking your pets, please make sure they have a bag with them so they can do the same. Thank you!

4/25/2023  Minutes and Monthly Budget will be posted on this website under the Documents tab.

1/06/2023 Speeding complaints - Please call Gwinnett County at Central Precinct of Gwinnett County Police Dept at 678-442-6500 to make complaints. Request for a COAP.  This means they will increase police presence and look specifically for the complaint involved, especially if a video can be obtained. You can contact the number and give them any further details you have to hopefully resolve the issue. 

7/09/2022 JSCA Member yard signs will be collected in November to be stored from winter elements this year. They will be redistributed the following year with paid membership.
